一、邮件自动分发和归档

1、能和客户有效的沟通是赢得客户的关键,通过邮件分发和审批达到协同处理邮件的目的。通过此功能,业务员可以借助团队的力量更有效的处理询盘,实现不同级别业务员之间同时处理一封邮件以及不同角色之间处理同一客户的询盘等。

2、作为一个管理者你对某些业务员的答复不放心或是某类邮件必须公司确定后发出,再或者业务员对给客户的答复没有把握时就可以通过邮件审批功能,让所发邮件完全符合公司的要求。

1、邮件回复跟踪、

2、邮件来源地识别(可一定成度上自动识别发件者电脑IP)、

3、邮件自动转换和提醒、

4、邮件注释备注、

5、在线翻译等。

四、主动跟进

用户可以根据客户级别的不同定义客户跟进提醒规则,及时提醒业务员保持跟进的热度,系统还可对于长期业务员不联系的客户强制收回或移交其它业务员处理。

五、关注客户

客人的生日、节日或对客户而言有纪念意义的日子来临之际,会自动提醒业务员给客户发一封带有祝福的邮件。并且群发功能支持客人称呼自动匹配,一定会让客户感觉到一思暖意,拉近与客户的距离。

Amazon EC2 并不全免费,会扣费

我们正在进行亚马逊我局开放源码的项目。刚刚创造我的帐户,并打算使用免费的一系列服务。同时,我做这个实验。基于AWS Free Usage Tier似乎很合理范围之内为我的免费每月的限制,为数据传输,IO,开机,关机,重启等。

到目前为止一切都好,只是数据转移。据我们所知,免费的数据转移将仅适用于亚马逊我局域网之间数据传输的例子相同的可用性区。且仅不使用公网的IP。

开始配置本地网络,我开始被收费0.10美元/ GB 在账单里会有显示。翻墙的朋友要注意扣费情况了 :)

That sure makes it sound like any internet data transfer using public IP is going to cost $$. As far as I know, there’s no way to access your instance from outside of the Amazon network without using a public / elastic IP address.
